Colleen Kelly - feedback from EP1 (new work)

Colleen Kelly, Emmett Practitioner Brisbane Australia, attending the first EP1 training day in Brisbane during November 2009. She sent us these testimonials on the results she has had already with the new work.... (thanks Colleen).

I found the professional day very beneficial. The extra moves that Ross shared with us have helped me to fine-tune my treatments even more.

Spinal balance move: A client came to me with chronic back pain after he had a car accident several months ago. His left leg would 'give way' on him and he has had to use a walking stick for stability. I used the Spinal Balance move to begin my treatment and at the end of the treatment. He was very surprised how much more easily he could walk - his pain had eased significantly.

Deep Deltoid Pain: A client sustained damage to his right shoulder and could not easily lift up his right arm when supine. This move was the 'icing on the cake'. I used this after achieving moderate success with other Emmett moves. After using the deep deltoid move, the client could freely raise his arm whilst lying supine. It was his first experience with the Emmett technique and he was genuinely amazed at the result.

Oesophageal Release: I have been treating a client who has been feeling very anxious and stressed. She reported feeling as if there were hands around her throat. During the last two treatments, after I learnt the oesophagus move, I have used it on her.

She loves it! She reports that it brings her a feeling of being able to take deep breaths and being 'lifted' from her abdomen, through her chest and out through the top of her head!
