Refund and Cancellation Policy
AIM: to provide a fair and transparent framework for providing refunds to students in the event of cancellation of a course either by the student or by the International Headquarters.
POLICY FOR COURSES RUN BY THE INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS:
Students are required to provide 48 hours written cancellation notice for a course refund less the $170 non-refundable course deposit.
Where a course coordinated by the EMMETT Technique International Headquarters (HQ) is cancelled the students will be offered a full course refund.
It is the student’s responsibility to arrange their own travel insurance that will cover their travel and accommodation expenses should a HQ coordinated course be cancelled.
POLICY FOR THE EMMETT TECHNIQUE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE & ASSOCIATED EVENTS:
Substitution: If after booking the EMMETT Technique Conference or preceding courses you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone who meets the eligibility criteria for the conference/course to attend in your place. Please advise of any substitutions via email to the International Headquarters so correct name-tags, training records, etc, can be issued.
- Cancellations prior to 31st October 2017: 85% refund
- Cancellations between 31st October 2017 & 31st January 2018: 50% refund Cancellations between 31st January 2018 & 31st March 2018: 25% refund Cancellations between 31st March 2018 &
- Conferences/Courses: Nil refund
It is the student’s responsibility to arrange their own travel insurance that will cover their travel and accommodation expenses should the Conference and/or associated programs be cancelled.
