Emmett i Egypt

I recently spent three weeks in Egypt, it was a great experience. I travelled with a group of people, the itinerary was busy and on occasions arduous. As a therapist I observed the difficulties my fellow travellers were experiencing as a result of this.

There were some who were not as fit as others so found some days more difficult. We climbed into pyramids visiting the Queen's chamber and to the Grand Gallery into the King's chamber at the Giza Plateau. We scaled many steps at steep angles, ascending and descending.

Emmett technique was the star performer, I was able to do quick releases on knees, treating swollen ankles, painful feet, neck and shoulder discomfort. Using the foot balance brought about noticeable changes. I used the 'Rescue' as some were overwhelmed by the experience of going into the pyramids. This was done while we were lined up waiting to go into the main shaft to begin our ascent.

We visited temples along the Nile River which again entailed climbing many steps. We journeyed close to the Libyan border, it was a nine hour coach trip from Cairo. On one stop break I treated a woman who had back troubles due to disc problems. I treated her standing, she was amazed at the result.

Towards the end of our travels she thanked me for enabling her to 'keep going'. Cruising on the Nile River I gave her a longer treatment, she felt freer and experienced no pain, she commented that she felt very relaxed almost falling asleep during the session. I used Ross' lymphatic drainage work a few times, the feedback, less overall physical pain, feeling lighter, more energy. I also observed changes in one person's outlook and wellbeing. For me this again verifies the efficacy of Ross' work where doing little can bring about big changes.

Thank you Ross.
