Last week I was in the UK doing Tom Bowen's Therapy 101 – the first three of six days. My instructor was Regi Scherrer. I have done some Emmett training with her and it was always a pleasure to be in her classes, so I was looking forward to being her student again. I wasn't disappointed as she did as good a job with the Bowen as she does with the Emmett.
Even without doing the last three days I can highly recommend this as the best Bowen training I have ever had. The moves were simple and pure (and just like Tom, pure does not mean do not combine), but with the deft touch of Ross Emmett added in.
IMO this course puts the "therapy" back into the Bowen Technique.
